Wines are only deliver to Hong Kong & Macau territory only. Not for oversea or Mainland. However, remote areas include: Ma Wan, Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong Disneyland, Discovery Bay, Ngong Ping 360, Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, Tai O, Peng Chau, Lamma Island may be not in service, please double check with us for remote areas
We are using JUMPOINT express service. Sorry, COD service is not available. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Express Self-Pickup Locker is not available because a box of wine is too big for Self-Pickup Locker Service. However. Self-Pickup is available at our shop address or book a time to pass you the wine at Kwun Tong MTR exit B.
You will receive a text message from shipping company with tracking number to follow up the arrival time and date.
Unfortunately, once an order is placed we are unable to amend your delivery address or the delivery option. If shipment arrives at your assigned destination but you want to re-ship to other address, another shipping fee will be born by customer.
More orders can be delivered or collected separately. Each order will be delivered in a single package or collected on the same day. If you request the order to be delivered or collected separately, the additional cost will be borne by the customer.
An order is only available to ship to one address, if you want to seperate address, the additional cost will be borne by the customer.
If you purchase 2 or more orders at the same time and provide the same phone number and address, the orders will be combined and sent out to ensure that you can receive all the orders at the same time.
After we ships to your designated address, arrival will be within 2-3 working days. If you fail to sign for the receipt within the specified time, the express company may charge additional storage fees. In addition, if you fail to sign for receipt within a reasonable time, the goods will be returned to our warehouse and if need to re-send again, the additional cost will be borne by the customer.
Before we ship out, we have double checked no missing item. If you have placed a standard order and items which are missing in the parcel, please contact our Customer Services team at info@maple,hk with your order number, the missing item’s name and number. They will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.
After orders have been placed, if there is any item out of stock we will inform you immediately and discuss with you for solution or replacement. Once orders have been picked up by Express service means that your orders are done, and sorry no order is returnable.
Upon shipment arrival, customers have to sign the shipping bill mean that goods are arrived safety. If customer reject to receive the goods, the re-shipping charge will be born by customers.
