Barolo DOCG 2015 RAVIOLE
Accomplice to the freshness of Raviole is the soil of its vineyard: located 300 meters above sea level and facing south-west, it can count on alluvial soils which accentuate the liveliness and fruity character of the vine, while the good percentages of limestone and clay present translate into the glass in the fine fragrance of violets and the sweetness of wild strawberries, as well as in a delicate but well-defined structure.

PERFUME: Ample with floral and fruity aromas including violets, notes of cherries and wild strawberries

FERMENTATION TREATMENTS: Fermentation at controlled temperature for 20 days
