Character of South Tyrol Sauvignon DOC:
Close your eyes, smell the glass and find yourself in the middle of a freshly mown meadow …
The unique individual location at 500 m above sea level causes the distinct freshness of our Sauvignon, which our cellar master knows how to emphasize by expanding it in stainless steel with the aromas of fruits and flowers.
Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Aromas of grapefruit, peach, freshly cut grass, tomato leaf and nettle. Medium-heavy, juicy and fresh on the palate with a pleasant melt and a good length.
