The aglianico grapes used for the production of this Taurasi come from the historic estate in Campo Cerasso (Torre le Nocelle) 20. It has always been the property of the Petitto family, the selection is made in the vineyard and then in the cellar for the choice of the raw material better to be used for trusty wines.

Fragrance: Perfumes with a very broad aromatic spectrum in which delicious notes blend of vanilla, small red fruits, layers of plum jam and first complexities of sweet spices.
Taste: On the palate it appears of complete aristocratic roundness and softness, very elegant in flavours, particularly enjoyable and persistent in taste.

Pairings: It is a wine to drink in large balloons combined with meat dishes from great cuisine, it can also be a great meditation wine.
