It goes well with dishes from the land, red meat main courses and first courses with meat sauce. Excellent with grilled meat and roasts.
Appearance:
I Vigneri Etna Rosso is a pure, ancient and genuine wine. Winemaking is carried out in the Palmento, as has always been done on Mt. Etna, without refrigeration equipment and no aging in wood. Vineyard cultivation is done by hand using natural products. During winemaking, refrigeration and biotechnologies are not used. Transfer and bottling are carried out according to the phases of the moon. Winemaking: Pressing: No destemming, first crush carried out with feet. Maceration with the skins and stalks for 8 days. No added yeasts. Spontaneous fermentation. Tasting Notes:
Colour: Ruby red at the sight of good brightness. Nose: The nose offers a fruity and intense bouquet, with strong hints of berries, blackberries, raspberries, cherries in alcohol, plum, licorice, carob, menthol on an intriguing and characteristic ash background. Palate: On the palate it recalls fruity hints, with a sip of medium structure, rightly balanced and slightly tannic.
