GRAPE VARIETY: 100% white Moscato from native clones (mass selection)
VINIFICATION: Maceration of the skins for approx. 2 days, fermentation in steel at low temperature (12-14 °C); progressive filtrations follow until sterile bottling.
REFINEMENT: In bottle for a few months.
ON SALE BY: 4-6 months from the harvest.
NOTE:
Color: pale golden.
Perfume: characteristic of Moscato, floral and fruity, intense.
Taste: sweet, but well balanced by acidity, characteristic aftertaste.
Food pairings: dry pastries and desserts in general also filled with creams and fruit, ice cream.
